loud and clear
Sometimes I forget that I ever hosted a podcast. After 6 years of “solving” business issues on the Breaking Down Your Business podcast – are anyone’s business issues really solved in a twenty-minute episode? – I spent 4 years hosting Why Are We Shouting?, a question I continue to ask myself daily.
Whether you’re looking for a business boost or your love language is tastefully placed audio beneath storytelling, here are the most-loved episodes from my weekly stories:
The AI Fails: Curious how entrepreneurs really feel when robots don’t have all the answers? Dive in for a laugh and a lesson on tech gone sideways. [←yes, AI wrote this description, too.]
The Stephen Colbert Saga: This is the saga that came before that saga. I spent 11 years trying to get Stephen’s attention so he’d invite me onto The Colbert Report and then The Late Show. It’s still a work in progress.
The Growth Strategy: Have you fallen for a get-rich-quick scheme? Have I got a deal for you! In just 8 minutes and 54 seconds you could become a billionaire!! Tune in for details!!!
The Trust Pickle: Do you ever stop to think about how to interact with the people that pay you? This one’s inspired by too many conversations I’ve had with advertisers who ask for the darndest data. It’s not just about advertisers – this shows up in conversations that you’re having, too.
The Marketing Sucker: Meet Victor Garcia, Grammy-nominated jazz trumpeter and lovable marketing magnet whose funny take will assure you that even the sharpest minds can get caught in marketing traps. (He’s also my husband. Consider it my affectionate PSA.)
Those are just a few of the Why Are We Shouting? podcast episodes I made for you. You can find the rest here.
See you soon,
jill

What a collection! And every single one of them is still so relevant.
